Set where the Root River meets Lake Michigan, Racine is Wisconsin's fifth-largest city and a place of proud neighborhoods, celebrated design and an enduring waterfront spirit.
Founded by European-American settlers in the 1830s and incorporated as a city in 1848, Racine grew into an inventive manufacturing center. S.C. Johnson's Frank Lloyd Wright–designed campus helped put Racine on the world architecture map. Today its harbor, beaches, museums and compact downtown give that industrious history a fresh, livable rhythm.

Raised in the Racine and Kenosha area, Daniel brings a background in economics, military service and financial auditing to every transaction—along with a genuine passion for working with people.
Daniel studied economics at UW–Parkside and completed ROTC at Marquette University before serving as a Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear officer in the U.S. Army, including time overseas. That experience shaped the dedication and professionalism he brings to clients today. Before real estate, he audited for a large financial services company, an eye for detail that now serves buyers and sellers through every step of a deal. He holds the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) designation and Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification, and works with a simple standard: operate with integrity and keep clients educated. Outside of work he travels, hikes and gets outdoors with his wife, Dana, and their two sons.
